건강검진 내시경에서 발견된 종양으로 의뢰된 50대 여성입니다. R/O GIST로 내시경을 재검하였는데 조직검사는 well differentiated neuroendocrine tumor (carcinoid)였고, serum gastrin은 388.5 pg/ml로 다소 높아진 상태였습니다. Laparoscopic wedge resection을 시행하였습니다.
