어려운 증례였습니다. 당연히 저도 틀렸습니다. EGC-like AGC라고 하는 것이 좋을 것 같습니다. 매우 심했습니다.
Stomach, subtotal gastrectomy:
Advanced gastric carcinoma
1. Location : lower third, Center at antrum and posterior wall
2. Gross type : Borrmann type unclassifiable
3. Histologic type : tubular adenocarcinoma, moderately differentiated
4. Histologic type by Lauren : intestinal
5. Size : 5.7x4 cm
6. Depth of invasion : penetrates subserosal connective tissue (pT3)
7. Resection margin: free from carcinoma, safety margin: proximal 5 cm, distal 2.2 cm
8. Lymph node metastasis : metastasis to 6 out of 29 regional lymph nodes (pN2) (perinodal extension: present)
9. Lymphatic invasion : present
10. Venous invasion : not identified
11. Perineural invasion : not identified
12. Associated findings : gastritis cystica profunda
13. Peritoneal cytology : negative
14. AJCC stage by 7th edition: T3 N2
