식도 정맥류를 가진 간경변 환자에서 위암이 발견되어 ESD를 하였습니다. Platelet 45 K, prothrombin time 71% (INR 1.25). 과거에 몇 차례 혈소판 수혈을 받았으나 부작용만 있고 platelet은 거의 올라가지 않았던 병력이 있었습니다. 특별한 수혈 없이 그냥 조심스럽게 ESD를 하였습니다. 별 문제는 없었습니다.

7. Resection margin : free from carcinoma(N), safety margin : distal 8 mm, proximal 13 mm, anterior 14 mm, posterior 10 mm
8. Lymphatic invasion : not identified(N)
9. Venous invasion : not identified(N)
10. Perineural invasion : not identified(N)
11. Microscopic ulcer : absent
12. Histologic heterogeneity: absent
