1. Location : antrum, lesser curvature
2. Gross type : EGC type IIb+IIa
3. Histologic type : tubular adenocarcinoma, poorly differentiated (70%) >> moderately differentiated (30%)
4. Histologic type by Lauren : mixed
5. Size of carcinoma : (1) longest diameter, 50 mm (2) vertical diameter, 35 mm
6. Depth of invasion : invades mucosa (lamina propria) (pT1a)
7. Resection margin : free from carcinoma(N), safety margin : distal 8 mm, proximal 1 mm, anterior 6 mm, posterior 16 mm
8. Lymphatic invasion : not identified(N)
9. Venous invasion : not identified(N)
10. Perineural invasion : not identified(N)
11. Microscopic ulcer : absent
12. Histologic heterogeneity: present

환자와 충분히 상의하였고, 환자는 경과관찰을 선택하였고 저는 동의하였습니다. 몇 년 째 추적관찰 중인데 아직까지는 별 문제가 없었습니다. 다행스러운 일입니다.
