일견 scar 처럼 보이는 위암이 있습니다. 이 때 공기를 조금 빼고 넣고를 반복해보면 뭔가 이상하다는 것을 느낄 수 있습니다. BGU로 인한 scar와 암으로 인한 scar는 뭔가 感이 다릅니다. 딱딱하다고나 할까... 두툼하다고나 할까... 부자연스럽다고나 할까....

수술을 하였고 아래의 결과였습니다. 찾기 어려운 암을 잘 발견해 주신 선생님께 감사드립니다.
Stomach, total gastrectomy:
. Early gastric carcinoma
1. Location : upper third, Center at body and posterior wall
2. Gross type : EGC type IIc
3. Histologic type : tubular adenocarcinoma, moderately differentiated
4. Histologic type by Lauren : intestinal
5. Size : 3.4x2.7 cm
6. Depth of invasion : invades submucosa (sm2) (pT1b)
7. Resection margin: free from carcinoma, safety margin: proximal 2 cm, distal 12.1 cm
8. Lymph node metastasis : no metastasis in 34 regional lymph nodes (pN0)
9. Lymphatic invasion : not identified
10. Venous invasion : not identified
11. Perineural invasion : not identified
12. AJCC stage by 7th edition: pT1b N0
