항암치료를 받던 분이 갑자기 복통을 호소하였습니다.

AGC with peritoneal seeding으로 항암치료를 받던 환자에서 갑자기 복통이 발생하여 시행한 CT입니다. CT 판독에서 “Stomach의 antrum과 mid-body에 lower wall thickening이 있는데 gastric antrum의 anterior wall lesser curvature side로 6 mm 크기의 perforation이 관찰되며 이 perforation tract는 위쪽으로는 liver의 left lobe 뒤쪽 그리고 아래쪽으로는 복강 내에 있는 loculated fluid collection으로 연결되고 있음”의 결과를 얻었고 수술을 시행하여 perforating hole의 primary repair를 시행하였습니다.
Gastric wall thickening AGC with peritoneal seeding 환자에서 항암치료 도중 발생한 perforation의 드문 증례라고 생각됩니다.
