매우 큰 gastric GIST입니다. 이렇게 큰 종양이 되서야 병원을 찾았다니 놀라운 일입니다.
Gastrointestinal stromal tumor of high risk of aggressive behavior, stomach:
1) tumor size : 19x17x10 cm
2) mitosis: 8 / 50HPF
3) histologic type : spindle (cellular spindle-vacuolated subtype)
4) necrosis : absent
5) cellularity : high
6) invasion into mucosa : absent
7) resection margin involvement : absent
