70대 후반 남성입니다. 위체하부와 전정부를 diffuse 하게 침범한 매우 심한 암이었습니다. 십이지장까지 침윤되어 있었습니다.

2. Gross type : Borrmann type 4
3. Histologic type : signet-ring cell carcinoma
4. Histologic type by Lauren : diffuse
5. Size : 8.5x7.5 cm
6. Depth of invasion : invades serosa (pT4a)
7. Resection margin: free from carcinoma, safety margin: proximal 3.2 cm, distal 0.5 cm (frozen section-negative)
8. Lymph node metastasis : metastasis to 61 out of 70 regional lymph nodes (pN3b) (perinodal extension: present) (61/70: "1", 0/0; "2", 0/3; "3", 24/24; "4", 8/8; "4sb", 0/0; "5", 3/3; "6", 7/8; "8a", 7/7; "7", 4/4; "9", 7/7; "11p", 0/2; "12a", 1/4)
