혈관 질환으로 aspirin을 드시던 분이 한 달 전 melena가 있었는데 뒤늦게 내시경 검사를 받으셨고 위암이 확인되어 의뢰되셨습니다.

1. Location : lower third, Center at lesser curvature to anterior wall of antrum
2. Gross type : EGC type IIc (depressed)
3. Histologic type : tubular adenocarcinoma, moderately differentiated
4. Histologic type by Lauren : intestinal
5. Size : 1.9x1.7 cm
6. Depth of invasion : invades mucosa (muscularis mucosae) (pT1a)
7. Resection margin: free from carcinoma, safety margin: proximal 6 cm, distal 2.5 cm
8. Lymph node metastasis : no metastasis in 28 regional lymph nodes (pN0) (0/28: "3", 0/6; "4", 0/3; "5", 0/0; "6", 0/1; "7", 0/6; "9", 0/3; "8a", 0/6; "11p", 0/1; "12a", 0/1; "4sb", 0/0; "1", 0/1)
9. Lymphatic invasion : not identified
10. Venous invasion : not identified
11. Perineural invasion : not identified
12. Peritoneal cytology : negative

점막암도 출혈을 일으킬 수 있습니다. 항혈소판제를 복용하는 경우는 더욱 그러한 것 같습니다.
