잔위암입니다. 점막암은 아니라는 것을 알았지만 막상 수술을 해 보고 생각보다 깊어서 놀랐습니다. 잔위암에서는 생각보다 깊게 나오는 경우가 많습니다.

1. Location : upper third Center at cardia (Siewert III)
2. Gross type : Borrmann type: unclassifiable (mimicking EGC type IIc)
3. Histologic type : signet-ring cell carcinoma
4. Histologic type by Lauren : diffuse
5. Size : 1.1x0.9 cm
6. Depth of invasion : penetrates subserosal connective tissue (pT3)
7. Resection margin: free from carcinoma safety margin: proximal 1.0 cm, distal 3.7 cm
8. Lymph node metastasis : no metastasis in 5 regional lymph nodes (pN0)
9. Lymphatic invasion : not identified
10. Venous invasion : not identified
11. Perineural invasion : not identified
12. AJCC stage by 7th edition: pT3 N0
