[Gastric cancer 735 - Multiple mucosal cancers]

위각부 위암으로 의뢰되었습니다. 수술 전 EGD에서 위체하부 대만 위암이 하나 더 발견되었습니다. 놀랍게도 둘 다 mucosal cancer였습니다.

I. Early gastric carcinoma
1. Location : [2] middle third, [1] lower third, Center at antrum and lesser curvature
2. Gross type : EGC type IIb+IIc
3. Histologic type : signet ring cell carcinoma
4. Histologic type by Lauren : diffuse
5. Size : 3.3x1.8cm
6. Depth of invasion : invades mucosa (lamina propria) (pT1a)

II. Early gastric carcinoma
1. Location : [1] middle third, Center at body and greater curvature
2. Gross type : EGC type IIa
3. Histologic type : tubular adenocarcinoma, well differentiated
4. Histologic type by Lauren : intestinal
5. Size : 1.5x1.2cm
6. Depth of invasion : invades mucosa (lamina propria) (pT1a)

III.
1. Resection margin: free from carcinoma, safety margin: proximal 2 cm, distal 8 cm
2. Lymph node metastasis : no metastasis in 18 regional lymph nodes (pN0)
3. Lymphatic invasion : not identified
4. Venous invasion : not identified
5. Perineural invasion : not identified
