크다고 모두 진행성 위암은 아닙니다. 이 환자의 병리결과는 아래와 같았습니다.
Early gastric carcinoma (arising in an adenoma)
- Gross type : EGC type I
- Histologic type : tubular adenocarcinoma, well differentiated
- Size : 9x4.5 cm (multifocal in villotubular adenoma)
- Depth of invasion : extension to mucosa (lamina propria) (pT1a)
- Lymph node metastasis : no metastasis
- Pre-existing adenoma : villotubular adenoma with high grade dysplasia, size: 9x4.5 cm, negative resection margins
