AGC인데 Borrmann type으로 나눌 수 없는 unclassifiable이라는 것은 무엇일까요? AGC, mimicking EGC 혹은 EGC-mimicking AGC라고 부르는 병입니다 (용어에 주의하세요. 같은 의미인데 앞 표현에는 AGC 다음에 comma가 있고 두번째 표현에는 EGC 다음에 hyphen이 있습니다). 일견 EGC 같은데 AGC로 나온 경우입니다. 오늘 증례의 병리결과는 아래와 같았습니다.
AGC, Borrmann type: unclassifiable (mimicking EGC type IIc)
- Tubular adenocarcinoma, poorly differentiated
- Histologic type by Lauren : mixed
- Size : 6.2x4.5x0.6 cm
- Depth of invasion : extension to proper muscle (pT2a)
- Lymph node metastasis : metastasis to 2 out of 69 regional lymph nodes (pN1)
- Lymphatic invasion: present
- Venous invasion: present (extramural)
