아스피린 복용자가 melena로 내원하여 발견한 위암입니다. 진행성 위암으로 생각했는데 조기위암이 나왔습니다. 한 곳에서 림프절 전이가 있었습니다. 여하튼 다행입니다.

1. Location : lower third, Center at low body and anterior wall
2. Gross type : EGC type IIa+IIc
3. Histologic type : tubular adenocarcinoma, moderately differentiated
4. Histologic type by Lauren : intestinal
5. Size : 2x1.8x0.6 cm
6. Depth of invasion : extension to submucosa (sm2) (pT1b)
7. Resection margin: free from carcinoma, safety margin: proximal, 2.7 cm; distal, 6.5 cm
8. Lymph node metastasis: metastasis to 1 out of 34 regional lymph nodes (pN1)
9. Lymphatic invasion : present
10.Venous invasion : not identified
11.Perineural invasion : not identified
