미란성 위염 사이에 숨어있는 미란성 위암을 발견하는 것은 쉽지 않습니다. 감(感)이 중요합니다. 뭔가 별난 놈을 찾아서 정확히 target biopsy 하는 수 밖에 없습니다.

3. Histologic type : signet-ring cell carcinoma
4. Histologic type by Lauren : diffuse
5. Size : 0.7x0.3x0.1 cm
6. Depth of invasion : extension to mucosa (muscularis mucosa) (pT1a)
7. Resection margin: free from carcinoma
8. Lymph node metastasis : no metastasis in 40 regional lymph nodes (pN0)
