조기위암은 위치 파악이 어렵습니다. 간혹 xanthoma에 딱 붙어있는 위암은 xanthoma를 참고하면 위치관계 파악이 용이합니다. Xanthoma 바로 옆 위암을 ESD 하였습니다. ESD specimen에서도 xanthoma가 잘 보이고 있습니다.^^

1. Location : proximal antrum, greater curvature
2. Gross type : EGC type IIc
3. Histologic type : tubular adenocarcinoma, moderately differentiated
4. Histologic type by Lauren : intestinal
5. Size of carcinoma : (1) longest diameter, 8mm (2) vertical diameter, 8mm
6. Depth of invasion : invades mucosa (muscularis mucosa) (pT1a)
7. Resection margin : free from carcinoma(N), safety margin : distal 9 mm, proximal 14 mm, anterior 22 mm, posterior 12 mm
8. Lymphatic invasion : not identified(N)
9. Venous invasion : not identified(N)
10. Perineural invasion : not identified(N)
11. Microscopic ulcer : present
12. Histologic heterogeneity: absent
