잔위암 내시경 치료는 늘 어렵습니다. 특히 주 3회 투석을 받고 있는 환자에서 출혈이 발생할까 노심초사하면서 치료를 하였습니다. Resection margin이 자신이 없어서 ESD 후 APC를 추가하였는데 병리결과는 아래와 같이 잘 나와서 참 다행이라고 생각하였습니다. Resection margin이 충분하지 못했다고 걱정했던 부분도 2 mm tumor free margin이 확보된 것으로 최종 보고되었습니다.

7. Resection margin : free from carcinoma(N), safety margin : distal 2 mm, proximal 10 mm, anterior 10 mm, posterior 12 mm
8. Lymphatic invasion : not identified(N)
9. Venous invasion : not identified(N)
10. Perineural invasion : not identified(N)
11. Microscopic ulcer : absent
12. Histologic heterogeneity: absent
