무림에 고수가 많습니다. 몇 년 전 제가 가르친 제자가 무림에서 고수로 활약하고 있는 것을 보면 선생으로서 뿌듯하기 그지 없습니다. 희미한 병소를 발견하여 조직검사를 통하여 high grade dysplasia로 의뢰되신 분입니다. 어떻게 이런 희미한 것을 찾았는지 선생도 놀랐습니다.
ESD를 하였고 점막암 완전절제로 나왔습니다. ESD 하느라 늘 육체적으로 힘들지만, 하루 하루 보람을 느낍니다.

2. Gross type : EGC type IIa+IIb
3. Histologic type : tubular adenocarcinoma, well differentiated
4. Histologic type by Lauren : intestinal
5. Size of carcinoma : (1) longest diameter, 16mm (2) vertical diameter, 12mm
6. Depth of invasion : invades mucosa (lamina propria) (pT1a)
7. Resection margin : free from carcinoma(N), safety margin : distal 10 mm, proximal 6 mm, anterior 12 mm, posterior 4 mm
8. Lymphatic invasion : not identified(N)
9. Venous invasion : not identified(N)
10. Perineural invasion : not identified(N)
11. Microscopic ulcer : absent
13. Histologic heterogeneity: absent
