젊은 미분화 조직형 위암은 여성에서 많다지만 남성에서도 종종 만납니다. 40대 초반 남성이었습니다.

3. Histologic type : signet-ring cell carcinoma
4. Histologic type by Lauren : diffuse
5. Size : 2.5x1.1 cm
6. Depth of invasion : invades submucosa (sm2) (pT1b)
7. Resection margin: free from carcinoma, safety margin: proximal 5.7 cm, distal 6.5 cm
8. Lymph node metastasis : no metastasis in 39 regional lymph nodes (pN0) (0/39: "3", 0/7; "4", 0/7; "5", 0/0; "6", 0/8; "7", 0/4; "9", 0/4; "8a", 0/5; "11p", 0/1; "12a", 0/2; "4sb", 0/0; "1", 0/1)
