위체부의 주름이 끊긴 것을 clue로 진단되었던 EGC IIb입니다. 색조가 pale 한 것도 중요한 소견입니다. 내시경 기구의 setting이나 색조차이에 의하여 pale한 색조는 잘 보이기도 하고 안보기이도 합니다.
첫 검사에서는 색조차보다는 fold 변화가 명료하게 보였지만 재검에서는 contrast를 세게 하였더니 색조 변화도 잘 보였습니다. Fold 변화만으로 추정한 크기보다 색조 변화로 추정한 크기가 실제와 가까운 것 같습니다.

12. AJCC stage by 8th edition: pT1a N0
