[Gastric cancer 641 - EGC found during gastric polypectomy]

A few years ago, a 65-years-old gentleman was referred for the endoscopic treatment of gastric hyperplastic polyp. During the endoscopic polypectomy procedure, I found a shallow depressed lesion. Endoscopic biopsy for this lesion was P/D tubular adenocarcinoma. Subtotal gastrectomy was done, and it was 32mm sized mucosal cancer without lymph node metastasis.
