Initial forceps biopsy was adenoma with high grade dysplasia, but final pathology after ESD was EGC.
검진 내시경에서 고도 선종이라는 조직진단으로 의뢰된 분입니다. ESD 후 최종 병리는 위암이었습니다. 고도 선종은 내시경 시술 후 위암으로 진단이 바뀌는 경우가 최소한 1/3입니다. 보통 절반 정도로 보면 틀리지 않습니다.

3. Histologic type : tubular adenocarcinoma, moderately differentiated
4. Histologic type by Lauren : intestinal
5. Size of carcinoma : (1) longest diameter, 20 mm (2) vertical diameter, 13 mm
6. Depth of invasion : invades mucosa (muscularis mucosa) (pT1a)
7. Resection margin : free from carcinoma(N), safety margin : distal 6 mm, proximal 2 mm, anterior 10 mm, posterior 12 mm, deep 900 ㎛
8. Lymphatic invasion : not identified(N)
9. Venous invasion : not identified(N)
10. Perineural invasion : not identified(N)
11. Microscopic ulcer : absent
12. Histologic heterogeneity: absent
