작고 깊은 궤양형 암으로 의뢰되었습니다. 내시경 재검을 하였는데 영 모양이 달랐습니다. Fold가 끌려오는 궤양 부위가 없었던 것은 아니지만 주변의 넓은 변색 (주로는 탈색, 일부 발적) 부위가 보였습니다.
