내시경 영상의 contrast는 적당해야 좋습니다. 지나친 contrast는 검사자의 눈을 아프게 할 뿐더러 subtle한 변화를 볼 수 없게 만듭니다. 요즘은 병소 발견률을 높인다고 contrast를 지나치게 높이는 것이 유행이지만 근거는 없습니다. Contrast를 높여서 더 많이 발견할지 더 적게 발견할지 아무도 모르는 일입니다. 중용이 최선입니다. 제 눈에는 오른쪽이 정상으로 보입니다.
