외부 조직검사는 "TUBULAR ADENOCARCINOMA, MODERATELY DIFFERENTIATED with focal signet ring cell carcinoma and extracellular mucin"이었고 본 병원 재검은 M/D tubular adenocarcinoma였습니다. ESD를 시도하시겠습니까?

미분화혼재암이고 경계가 매우 불분명하고 그 크기는 2cm가 넘었기 때문에 수술을 권하였습니다. 추정보다 깊은 것으로 나왔습니다. ESD를 할지 말지 결정하는 것은 늘 어렵습니다.

최근에는 미분화 조직형 암에 대한 ESD를 시행할 수 있지만, 아직까지는 1cm 이하의 signet ring cell carcinoma에 대하여 시행하는 것이 안전하다는 다소 보수적인 입장을 가지고 있습니다.
