[Gastric cancer 823. ESD for locally recurrent EGC after ESD]

A 80 years old male was referred for the endoscopic treatment of a locally recurrent gastric cancer after initial ESD 5 years ago.

ESD was done using Dual knife and IT-2 knife.

My favorite knife is the Dual knife from Olympus. But submucosal dissection of a thick and large submucosal fibrosis with Dual knife is time-consuming. IT-2 knife seems to be quicker and safer in this situation.
