[Gastric cancer 874. Hepatic metastasis found in the outside CT reading]

75 years woman was referred for gastric cancer surgery. However, a hepatic metastasis in S2 was found in the outside CT reading. PET-CT and MRI confirmed the hepatic metastasis. Chemotherapy was done instead of surgery.
