Initial biopsy was "atypical cells, very focal, highly suspicious for adenocarcinoma (multiple rebiopsy is recommended." The biopsy result afte referral was "poorly cohesive carcinoma, signet ring cell type." Surgical consultation was done.

7. Resection margin: free from carcinoma, safety margin: proximal 8.0 cm, distal 1.0 cm
8. Lymph node metastasis : no metastasis in 31 regional lymph nodes (pN0)
