GAPPS (gastric adenocarcinoma and proximal polyposis of the stomach)는 FAP의 변형으로 APC gene의 non-coding part의 돌연변이가 원인입니다. Autosomal dominant로 유전됩니다. FAP와 달리 colon과 duodenum의 adenomatous polyposis는 없고 proximal stomach의 fundic gland polyposis만 있는 것이 특징입니다. 헬리코박터 집담회에서 논의되었는데 저는 경험한 바 없어서 논문(Gut 2012)의 사진을 옮깁니다.
