종양 부분의 위벽이 두꺼워져 궤양부 바닥이 주변 점막보다 높아진 점, multiple fusion folds, tumor islands, signet ring carcinoma 등의 depth of invasion이 제법 깊을 수 있다는 점을 시사하는 증례입니다.
