[Gastric cancer 662 - Gastric cancer not detected in the previous endoscopy 5 months ago]

75 years old gentleman visited my clinic due to gastric cancer. During the review of the endoscopic pictures, I found a similar lesion in one of the previous pictures. Five months ago, endoscopy was done due to upper GI bleeding. At that time, the bleeding focus was Cameron ulcer related with hiatal hernia.

Even after finding a bleeding focus, we need to examine the whole gastric mucosa.
