Signet ring cell carcinoma입니다. ESD를 시도하겠습니까?

저는 1cm 이하의 flat하고 흰색으로 변색되고 함몰부위가 없는 SRC는 내시경으로 치료하고 있습니다. 이 환자는 함몰부위가 뚜렷하고 경계가 불분명하였으므로 수술을 권했습니다.

5. Size : 2.5x1.8 cm

7. Resection margin: free from carcinoma, safety margin: proximal 6 cm, distal 5.5 cm
8. Lymph node metastasis : no metastasis in 39 regional lymph nodes (pN0) (0/39: "3", 0/13; "4", 0/12; "5", 0/1; "6", 0/3; "7", 0/2; "9", 0/0; "8a", 0/2; "11p", 0/2; "12a", 0/3; "4sb", 0/0; "1", 0/1)
9. Lymphatic invasion : not identified
10. Venous invasion : not identified
11. Perineural invasion : not identified
12. AJCC stage by 8th edition: pT1a N0

깊지는 않았으나 생각보다 큰 것으로 나왔습니다. 역시 수술 보내기를 잘했다고 생각했습니다.
