수술을 하였습니다. 이렇게 많은 risk factor를 가진 분은 많지 않습니다. 심지어는 peritoneal cytology까지 양성이었습니다.

1. Location : middle third, Center at body and greater curvature
2. Gross type : Borrmann type 3
3. Histologic type : tubular adenocarcinoma, poorly (poorly cohesive) differentiated
4. Histologic type by Lauren : diffuse
5. Size : 8x7.5 cm
6. Depth of invasion : invades serosa (pT4a)
7. Resection margin: free, safety margin: proximal 7.7 cm, distal 4.1 cm
8. Lymph node metastasis : metastasis to 32 out of 39 regional lymph nodes (pN3b) (perinodal extension: present) (32/39: "2", 0/3; "3", 7/7; "4", 7/7; "5", 1/1; "6", 3/3; "7", 6/6; "9", 1/1; "8a", 0/0; "11p", 2/5; "12a", 3/4; "4sb", 0/0; "1", 2/2; "11d", 0/0)
9. Lymphatic invasion : present (+++)
10. Venous invasion : present(extramural)
11. Perineural invasion : present
12. Peritoneal cytology : positive for malignant cells
13. AJCC stage by 8th edition: pT4a N3b
첫 진단시 내시경 사진의 contrast가 너무 강합니다. Contrast setting을 조금 낮추는 것이 좋겠습니다.
