Remnant gastric cancer입니다. Pentax 내시경으로 contrast를 왕창 높여 검사를 하신 것 같습니다. 그 결과 해상도는 다소 떨어졌는데 무척 선명한 사진이 찍혔습니다. 내시경 시술이 다소 어려운 위치였는데 삼성병원 M 교수님께서 멋지게 치료해 주셨습니다. 감사합니다.

3. Histologic type : tubular adenocarcinoma, moderately differentiated
4. Histologic type by Lauren : intestinal
5. Size of carcinoma : (1) longest diameter, 15 mm (2) vertical diameter, 10 mm
6. Depth of invasion : invades mucosa (lamina propria) (pT1a)
7. Resection margin : free from carcinoma(N), safety margin : distal 9 mm, proximal 7 mm, anterior 10 mm, posterior 10 mm, deep 400 ㎛
8. Lymphatic invasion : not identified(N)
9. Venous invasion : not identified(N)
10. Perineural invasion : not identified(N)
11. Pre-existing adenoma : none
12. Microscopic ulcer : absent
13. Histologic heterogeneity: absent
14. Associated finding: Gastritis cystica superficialis
