On the CT of a 60 years old lady whosl gastric wall thickening, peritoneal carcinomatosis, and a 3cm-sized right ovarian mass (yellow circle). In the EGD, the gastric wall of the antrum looked thickened, but there was no definite mucosal lesion (biopsy: H. pylori gastritis). Differential diagnoses include (1) gastric cancer with peritoneal and ovarian seeding, and (2) ovarian cancer with peritoneal seeding. Serum CA-125 was slightly elevated (231.5U/ml, reference < 35).

Laparoscopic biopsy was done at OB/GY department, and the histology was high grade serous carcinoma. We concluded that it was ovarian cancer with peritoneal seeding. Chemotherapy was performed.
