In the outpatient clinic, I met an old gentlemen with history of subtotal gastrectomy for gastric cancer 17 years ago.

The polaroid image of the cancer lesion was stored in the EMR, and I found "LJHF" in the left lower courner. It means 'Lee Jun Haeng Fellow". So I searched the medical record and found my own hand-writing.

Although the patient got surgery by a famous surgeon in another hospital, the patient thanked me with a big hug and a strong hand-shaking. I was happy.
