[Gastric cancer 859. Depth of invasion by CT]

70 years old male patient was referred due to AGC (poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma). It was difficult to guess the depth of invasion.

CT scan showed the possibility of serosal invasion.

The pathology was T4a and N3a (pathologic stage IIIb). T4a means serosal invasion without other organ involvement. N3a means 7 to 15 regional lymph node involvement.
