Three vessel disease로 PCI가 필요하다는 진단과 내시경 절제술이 필요한 조기위암 진단이 거의 동시에 되었습니다. 어떤 치료를 먼저 하는 것이 좋을까요?

PCI를 먼저 시행하면 장기간 antiplatelet을 사용해야 하므로 내시경 치료가 어려울 수 있습니다. 내시경 치료를 먼저 시행하면 시술 전후 허혈성 심질환 문제가 가능합니다 .

ESD는 개복수술이나 복강경 수술에 비하여 심혈관 위험이 크지 않으므로 보통 조심스럽게 ESD 부터 시행하고 있습니다. 산소를 투여한 상태에서 진정을 적절한 수준으로 유지하기 위하여 노력하고 있습니다.
