수술을 위하여 외과로 의뢰된 분입니다. 외과에서 검사를 하였는데 ESD가 적절할 것으로 판단되어 내과로 의뢰되어 내과에서 ESD를 하였습니다. Pyloric ring에 매우 가까웠기 때문에 충분한 resection margin을 확보하기가 어려웠습니다. Pyloric ring의 일부를 절제하는 수 밖에 없었습니다. 다행스럽게 distal resection margin을 6mm 확보할 수 있었습니다.

6. Depth of invasion : invades mucosa (muscularis mucosa) (pT1a)
7. Resection margin : free from carcinoma(N), safety margin : distal 6 mm, proximal 9 mm, anterior 16 mm, posterior 18 mm, deep 800 ㎛
8. Lymphatic invasion : not identified(N)
9. Venous invasion : not identified(N)
10. Perineural invasion : not identified(N)
11. Pre-existing adenoma : none
12. Microscopic ulcer : absent
13. Histologic heterogeneity: absent
